As the official organizer of the XVI World Congress of Psychiatry, WPA 2014, Tilesa OPC is pleased to welcome you to Madrid and offer a list of preferred hotels that have been selected based on quality, price and accessibility of each hotel to the Congress venue.
The Congress venue (IFEMA) can easily be reached by Metro and Buses. As part of our commitment to being environmentally friendly, we encourage you to use the ECO Transport System of Madrid.
HOW TO BOOK
We strongly recommend that you secure your hotel accommodation as early as possible. We will be happy to assist in all matters relating to hotel reservations for the Congress.
Please consider that although Madrid has ‘big room capacity’, WPA 2014 will coincide with the World Cup of Basketball, also taking place in the city.

Full prepayment is required for all hotel accommodations prior to arrival.

Important: All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the accommodation fees. If payment is made by a company or for more than one person, please make sure all names are indicated.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or changes should be received in writing to TILESA OPC (by fax or e-mail).
Please do not contact the hotel directly.
- Before 1th June 2014: 100% will be refunded, less 25 euros for administrative expenses.
- Between 2th June and 14th July 2014: a penalty of two night will be charged.
- After 15th July 2013, or no-shows: No refund will be issued.
Note: Different payment and cancellation policies will apply for group accommodation bookings of 10 or more rooms.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
Guests will be charged in full for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in.
