The hotel is famous for its beautiful stained-glass dome. Rooms at the Palace are elegant and modern. They have the award-winning Westin Heavenly Bed and Heavenly Bath. There is also antique furniture and an internet television.
Cocktails, coffees and aperitifs are offered in the Palace Bar, under the dome. Offering live music, the bar was made famous by Ernest Hemingway in his novel The Sun Also Rises.

Booking terms and conditions
The advertised price does not include charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks, telephone calls or internet surcharge). The lodging will charge these fees upon check-out. Your room will be guaranteed for late arrival.
The room rate advertised on the Website is the Tilesa negotiated rate reserved for rooms booked via Tilesa. On acceptance of the Booking terms and Conditions, you authorize Tilesa to confirm your reservation for the total amount, which includes the advertised room rate, tax and service fees where applicable. Please note that your credit card will be by Tilesa for the total amount. Upon submitting your reservation request you authorize Tilesa to confirm hotel reservations on your behalf, including making payment to the hotel suppliers.
Taxes and Service Charges:
VAT and city tax (if applicable) are included. Breakfast is included.
When paying by credit card
To guarantee your reservation, full payment will be charged on the day of booking to your credit card.
When paying by bank transfer
Payments should be received to the congress bank account within 7 working days from the booking date.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or changes should be received in writing to TILESA OPC (by fax or e-mail).
Please do not contact the hotel directly.
- Before 1th June 2014: 100% will be refunded, less 25 euros for administrative expenses.
- Between 2th June and 14th July 2014: a penalty of two night will be charged.
- After 15th July 2013, or no-shows: No refund will be issued.
Note: Different payment and cancellation policies will apply for group accommodation bookings of 10 or more rooms.
